Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Mabélle, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you authorize recurring automatic payments. Charges will continue unless and until the subscription is canceled.
By completing your subscription purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles. This means you will receive and be charged for at least two shipments before cancellation becomes effective.
Any cancellation request must be submitted within seven (7) days prior to the next renewal date.
Billing Frequency
Subscriptions are billed every 4 weeks unless otherwise specified during checkout.
Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Mabélle allows customers to request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
Cancellation requests can only be approved if the order has not yet been processed, packed, labeled, or transferred to the shipping carrier.
If the order has already entered fulfillment or shipping processing, cancellation will no longer be possible. Customers may still request a return according to our Return Policy.

Subscription Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Any cancellation request submitted after billing has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
How To Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time after completing the mandatory two-billing-cycle commitment period.
